How to Use Rug Anti-Slip Underlay

1. Measure the rug and cut the underlay slightly smaller than the rug dimensions.
2. Place the cut underlay flat on the floor beneath the rug.
3. Position the rug over the top, ensuring the underlay is fully covered.
4. For large rugs, lay multiple lengths side-by-side to cover the required area.

Top Tip for Restoring Grip

Machine wash the underlay at 40°C without soap to help restore its functionality. Allow it to dry fully before placing it back beneath your rug.

Important Flooring Information

If your flooring has been treated with a water-based lacquer, allow at least three months for the surface to dry fully before using this product. The manufacturer advises that this underlay is only suitable for flooring treated with solvent-free sealants.

• Not recommended for use with rubber-backed mats.
• Not suitable for use on vinyl flooring.
• The product provides no adhesion when wet.
• Freshly lacquered floors must be allowed to dry fully for three months before use.
• Always check that the underlay and flooring are clean, dry and suitable before installation.
